AUTOMATIC PASSENGER COUNTING
A passenger counting module precisely records the number of passengers boarding and unboarding. It is installed above passageways that passengers have to pass through when they use means of transport – for example the bus door. Besides optical methods, systems with intelligent 3D image processing algorithms are available. These achieve a counting accuracy of 98 percent or higher. This means that in future you always will have valid data on the use of your vehicle available – collected completely automatically.
